Garçon! the 1st social media agency in Bangkok is growing !

We are looking for a Social Media Account Director to supervise some of the most tactical accounts of the agency.

Reporting directly to the agency CEOs, the Social Media Account Director will manage and supervise a team of 4 community managers. Alongside a team of graphic designers, the Account Director will oversee the daily posting, content creation, influencer marketing strategy, advertising campaigns and reporting process.

Daily tasks include content marketing development, strategic & media planning, viral marketing concept creation Social Ads to promote brand awareness, generate traffic, cultivate leads and sales.

The Account Director is a highly motivated person with a strong past experience and passion for designing and implementing social media strategies.

In the meantime, we expect the Account Director to maintain and grow relationships with large customers, while achieving assigned goals. Reporting to the agency CEOs, the Social Media Account Director is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.

 

Overseeing a portfolio of up to 10 clients on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Line etc.)

  • Managing a team of junior community managers and graphic designers

  • Supervising the team by assigning specific tasks, monitoring and assessing them closely

  • Set and implement social media campaigns to align with client's marketing strategies

  • Develop viral social concepts and implement buzz marketing campaigns

  • Enforce the social media guidelines defined by the brands

  • Media planning : able to release post copywriting, scheduling and monitoring 

  • Come up with innovative, creative and fun ideas to develop and integrate in the client' strategy

  • Advertising campaigns creation (Facebook and Instagram) : elaboration of full social campaigns from brief integration, objectives implementation, targets creation, tracking and full reporting

  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and external communications teams to ensure project fits within a global marketing strategy

  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals

  • Stay up to date with latest digital trends

Community management is about being innovative, creative but requires rigor and responsiveness. You will need to have :

  • Strong, impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)

  • Past experience in a digital marketing, social media or community management position (min. 2 years experience);

  • Capability to work closely with the upper-level management, provide feedback and accurate reporting;

  • Ability to work independently and under short notices;

  • Be responsive and respect deadlines;

  • Have a strategic approach on social planning and be able to develop and integrate recommendations for clients;

  • Strong copy-writing skills in for online media

  • Always being creative and innovative !

Team leadership 50%

 

  • Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications

  • Motivate and bring together a team of junior positions

  • Manage an accurate team workflow 

 

Community Strategy 30%

  • Creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads.

  • Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives

Management & Moderation 20% 

  • Social Listening & weekly Reporting

  • Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Status Updates, updating cover photos, adding widgets on the pages, etc.

  • Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendar

  • Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience
